Candidate requirements
At Archway Vets we are a long-established independent veterinary practice in the South Lakes with a passionate, supportive team and state-of-the-art facilities. Our client care team are often the first friendly voice or welcoming smile our clients and patients meet. They play a vital part in the smooth running of our practice and in building lasting relationships with pet owners and their furry, feathered or hoofed family members.

This is a varied role where every day brings something new. You will:

• Greet and support our small animal and equine clients when they visit or call us
• Coordinate appointments, insurance claims and wellness plans

• Assist in keeping our diaries running smoothly
• Help with pet food, medications and product orders
• Be an ambassador for exceptional service and care

Details
• Position: Part-time Client Care Receptionist
• Location: Archway Veterinary Practice, Lindale, South Lakes, Cumbria
• Hours: Approx. 33 hours in five days to include Mondays, Fridays and Saturday mornings
• Closing Date for Applications: 1st March 2026
• Interviews: Phone interviews from 4th March, swiftly followed by in person interview with a practice tour, and a chance to meet the team for short-listed candidates.
• Appointment Date: 17th March
